Why fixed prices instead of hourly billing?
You're buying an outcome, not our time. Every engagement has a defined scope, timeline, and set of deliverables, so you know the full investment before we begin. Pricing reflects the value created or the loss avoided.
Do we need to buy new software?
Not necessarily. We start with the tools you already pay for. When a new tool would fit your needs better, we recommend it, with the cost and the reason, so you skip months of researching and testing on your own.
What happens in the AI Assessment?
A 45-minute interview with you about how your business runs. Within 48 hours you get a visual AI Assessment report: your quick wins, 3–7 recommended tools with cost, setup time, and hours saved, a 4-day plan, and the financial impact. Then we walk through it together on a review call. If we don't find at least 5 hours a week of time savings, you get a full refund. It costs $999, and that fee counts toward any package or training engagement you sign, with no expiry.
Do the fees count toward a larger engagement?
Yes. The $999 AI Assessment is credited toward any package or training engagement, whenever you sign. The Audit fee is credited toward the Sprint or the Brain if you move forward within 30 days of your readout.
How much time will our team need to give?
The AI Assessment needs 45 minutes from you. The Audit needs a decision-maker plus 3–5 hours of interviews. The Sprint needs one internal owner for 2–3 hours a week. The Brain needs your expert for about 20 sessions over three months, plus an executive sponsor.
What happens to our data and knowledge?
It stays yours. We set access rules and guardrails as part of every engagement, and the knowledge system we build belongs to your firm.
Can we skip the AI Assessment or the Audit?
Yes. If you already know your priority, whether that's content and client response or protecting a key expert's knowledge, you can start directly with the Sprint or the Brain.
