The assessment pays for itself

Skip months of researching tools on your own.

Most businesses spend months reading reviews, sitting through demos, and running free trials, and many still pick the wrong tool. A Full Signal assessment does that work for you and hands you a short list and a roadmap.

The Assessment answers where do I start? The Audit answers what does the whole firm commit to?

01 · Signal Audit

One plan your whole leadership team signs up to.

The AI Assessment gives one leader a fast read. The Audit is for when the decision belongs to a team. We interview your leaders and the people doing the work, rank every workflow by what it's worth, map who holds the knowledge you can't afford to lose, and hand you a 90-day roadmap and a business case your leadership agrees on.

Timeline2 weeks
Investment$5K–$10K

What we do

  • Interview your leaders and review how work actually gets done
  • Assess support, content, knowledge, research, and admin workflows
  • Map who holds critical expertise and what is undocumented
  • Estimate ROI for every opportunity: time, revenue, or loss avoided
  • Review your current tools and compare them with better-fit options, including new ones
  • Shortlist and vet new tools, so your team doesn't have to

What you get

  • An AI Opportunity Scorecard ranked by impact and effort
  • A Tool Stack Recommendation: keep, replace, or add, with costs and reasons
  • A knowledge risk map
  • A 90-day roadmap with a recommended first build
  • A 60-minute readout with your leadership team
  • Your $999 AI Assessment fee credited toward the Audit, and the Audit fee credited toward the Sprint or Brain within 30 days

Outcomes we design for

  • Leadership agreement on where to start and what to leave for later
  • Your top three AI workflows, each with an estimated dollar value
  • Knowledge risks named, down to the person and the expertise
  • A ready business case for your next investment

A great fit if you are…

  • An owner-led consulting, advisory, agency, or professional-services firm of 5–50 people, or a department leader in a larger company
  • Using AI tools here and there, with no shared plan
  • Ready to commit a decision-maker to the kickoff and readout, and 3–5 hours of team interviews
  • Planning to act on the findings within 90 days

Probably not the right fit if…

  • You only want a quick read (start with the AI Assessment)
  • There's no one who owns the budget or the decision
  • You're curious about AI but have no timeline to act

02 · Signal Sprint

Your expertise, producing content and answering clients within six weeks.

We build two working AI workflows on the tools you already use, trained on your own material, and hand them over to your team.

Timeline6 weeks
Investment$20K–$35K
Module A

Content and Sales Engine

AI trained on your voice, frameworks, and past work to draft proposals, posts, newsletters, case studies, and follow-ups.

Module B

Client Front Door

An intake and FAQ assistant for your site and inbox that qualifies leads, answers from your material, and hands off with context.

Module C

Admin Autopilot

Automated meeting notes, CRM updates, scheduling, invoice prompts, and document handling.

What you get

  • Two modules of your choice, running in production
  • Playbooks and two team training sessions
  • A before-and-after baseline of time saved, response time, and output
  • 30 days of post-launch support

Outcomes we design for

  • 5–10 hours a week back for each senior person
  • Double the content, in your own voice
  • Response times to leads and clients go from days to minutes
  • Cleaner CRM data and fewer dropped tasks
  • A team that can run and improve the workflows on its own

Works with

  • Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRMs
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Your website, shared inboxes, and document storage
  • The AI tools your team already uses

A great fit if you have…

  • Senior people spending hours on proposals, follow-ups, and repeat questions
  • Steady inbound interest but slow or uneven response times
  • Existing material to build from: past proposals, content, FAQs, SOPs
  • One internal owner with 2–3 hours a week for six weeks

Probably not the right fit if…

  • There's no existing content or process to build on yet
  • Your systems can't be accessed or connected
  • You're looking for custom software rather than working workflows

03 · Signal Brain

Capture what your best people know before it walks out the door.

Your firm's expertise, drawn out through guided interviews and turned into a governed knowledge system your team, your successors, and your AI tools can rely on.

Timeline3 months
Investment$50K–$80K

What we do

  • 20 AI-assisted interview sessions with your key experts
  • Draw out tacit know-how, decision logic, and client judgment
  • Build a searchable, source-cited knowledge system
  • Add an insight layer for recurring research and analysis
  • Set decision paths and guardrails so no one, human or AI, goes off-script

What you get

  • A queryable knowledge system your team uses on the job
  • A written playbook for each expert interviewed
  • Governance and decision-path documentation
  • Connections that make your content and client workflows smarter over time

Outcomes we design for

  • Critical expertise captured, in a form successors actually use
  • Faster ramp-up for successors and new hires
  • Less key-person risk and a stronger position at exit
  • One governed source of truth for every AI tool
  • A foundation for new revenue: licensed playbooks, training, or AI-powered offers

A great fit if…

  • Your founder's or partners' judgment is the product, especially with an exit or succession ahead
  • A key expert is retiring or leaving in the next 3–18 months
  • One person's absence would mean downtime, rework, or lost clients
  • Your expert can commit to about 20 sessions, and a successor or team is ready to receive the knowledge

Probably not the right fit if…

  • The expert is unwilling or has already left
  • No one is lined up to use what we capture
  • You're looking for off-the-shelf software rather than a hands-on engagement

FAQ

Questions about the packages

Why fixed prices instead of hourly billing?

You're buying an outcome, not our time. Every engagement has a defined scope, timeline, and set of deliverables, so you know the full investment before we begin. Pricing reflects the value created or the loss avoided.

Do we need to buy new software?

Not necessarily. We start with the tools you already pay for. When a new tool would fit your needs better, we recommend it, with the cost and the reason, so you skip months of researching and testing on your own.

What happens in the AI Assessment?

A 45-minute interview with you about how your business runs. Within 48 hours you get a visual AI Assessment report: your quick wins, 3–7 recommended tools with cost, setup time, and hours saved, a 4-day plan, and the financial impact. Then we walk through it together on a review call. If we don't find at least 5 hours a week of time savings, you get a full refund. It costs $999, and that fee counts toward any package or training engagement you sign, with no expiry.

Do the fees count toward a larger engagement?

Yes. The $999 AI Assessment is credited toward any package or training engagement, whenever you sign. The Audit fee is credited toward the Sprint or the Brain if you move forward within 30 days of your readout.

How much time will our team need to give?

The AI Assessment needs 45 minutes from you. The Audit needs a decision-maker plus 3–5 hours of interviews. The Sprint needs one internal owner for 2–3 hours a week. The Brain needs your expert for about 20 sessions over three months, plus an executive sponsor.

What happens to our data and knowledge?

It stays yours. We set access rules and guardrails as part of every engagement, and the knowledge system we build belongs to your firm.

Can we skip the AI Assessment or the Audit?

Yes. If you already know your priority, whether that's content and client response or protecting a key expert's knowledge, you can start directly with the Sprint or the Brain.
